DESCRIPTION

We use fresh "Stenley" plums with huge, pulpy fruits without any mechanical damages, spots or doubles, cleaned from stems and leaves, and dried to the following conditions:
-The appearance is whole glossy pulpy fruits with a fine skin at approximately the same size.
-The outer color is steady black. The color of the flesh is brownish to light brown.
-Taste and odor: sweet, sweet-and-sour, clearly defined odor of prunes without any side taste or smell.

APPLICATION

Pancakes, waffles, packaged snacks, trail mixes, chocolate or yogurt panning, energy bars, muffins, breads, ready-to-eat cereals, muesli, salads, sauces , etc
