Dried peppers are an integral part of true Bulgarian cuisine. There is no Bulgarian housewife who does not know at least a few recipes with dried peppers that will satisfy even the most refined taste of any good gourmet.
• 5-6 pcs. (500 g) potatoes
• 15-20 pcs. dried red peppers SERENA
• 2 onions (feathers)
• 1/2 tsp. (100 ml) vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp. (20 ml) vinegar
Method of preparation:
Boil the potatoes, pour cold water over them and peel them, then mash them with a wooden spoon. The washed peppers are also boiled and then ground in a blender. The resulting puree is salted and mixed with vinegar and vegetable oil. To it add the finely chopped onion and potato feathers. The mixture is mixed well and salted to taste.
