Necessary products:

500 g of flour

7 grams of dry yeast

400 g of yogurt

a pinch of soda

1 egg

5-6 tbsp oil

1 tbsp salt

1 tsp sugar

200 g of lukewarm water

6-7 dried chilly pepers Serena 

Method of preparation:

Chilly peppers are poured with boiling water for 10 minutes. , after which they are cleaned of seeds. The yeast is activated in the lukewarm water, sugar, a pinch of salt and a spoonful of flour. Add the rest of the salt, egg and yogurt with soda, oil and yeast to the flour. Add the oil to the flour and the egg, add the yeast and the foamed milk. Finally, add the chopped hot peppers. Knead a soft dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. Then divide it into small balls and roll them out with a rolling pin. Roll them out with a rolling pin. They are baked on both sides in a dry Teflon pan. When they are ready, spread them while they are still warm with soft butter.
