BISCUIT CAKE WITH RICH CREAM


Necessary products:

200 g of ordinary biscuits

800 ml. milk

2 eggs

4-5 tbsp. flour

50 g. dried plum without stone Serena

100 g of dried Serena black cherry

100 g of dried Serena golden cherry

1 ampoule of vanilla

150 g of sugar

20 g of butter

walnuts for decoration

Method of preparation:

In 600 ml. sugar and dried fruit are added to fresh milk and brought to a boil. The cherries are left whole, but the prunes are cut into pieces.During this time, the eggs are beaten with the rest of the milk and the flour, a thick paste should be obtained, which is added to the milk. When the milk starts to boil, add the porridge, butter and vanilla and stir until the cream becomes thick. The arrangement of the cake itself is standard - it starts with a row of biscuits, cream, biscuits and ends with cream. Decorate with walnuts!
