STUFFED FISH


Necessary products:

1 fish about 1.5-2 kg.

100 g. Dried black cherries, pitted plums and Serena apple

1 carrot

2-3 tbsp. tomato paste

20-30 g of walnuts

salt, black pepper, cumin, parsley, rosemary oil, 1 lemon

Method of preparation:

Dried fruits are soaked in warm water. Put a little oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and grated carrot. The dried fruits, drained from the water, are cut into small pieces and added to the onion and carrot. Add the tomato sauce, chopped walnuts and spices. The fish is salted inside and out and filled with the stuffing. At the bottom of the pan, put enough water to cover the bottom, and pour a stream of oil over the fish. Place foil on the bottom of the pan and over the fish. The fish is baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
