Necessary products:
500 g of flour
50 ml of olive oil
7 grams of dry yeast
1 tsp salt
250 ml. lukewarm water
50 g of Serena dried tomatoes
10 pcs. pitted green olives
2 cloves of garlic,
2 sprigs of rosemary,
pepper
Method of preparation:
The dried tomatoes are poured with boiling water and left to soak for about 10 minutes. When the tomatoes are well soaked, peel off their skin and mix in a bowl with the chopped garlic. Salt and add black pepper and rosemary. Mix well and leave it like that. During this time, the yeast is activated by dissolving it in lukewarm water with a spoonful of sugar, salt and flour. Put the flour in a deep bowl, make a well and add a little salt. The yeast is poured into the flour and mixed, adding olive oil twice.The resulting dough is left to rise for about an hour and a half. When the dough has risen, prepare a tray, which should be covered with baking paper. He pours the dough onto the paper and stretches it with his hands. Prick the dough with your fingers and place the olives and marinated tomatoes. Top with fresh rosemary. Bake at 100 degrees with a fan in a preheated oven.
