Necessary products:
1 tbsp. crushed dried Serena mushrooms
300 g of melted butter
3 tbsp. olive oil
two cloves of garlic
1 sprig of fresh thyme
salt and pepper
50 g parmesan for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
Dried mushrooms are soaked in 100 ml. boiling water. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil with the garlic cloves, roughly cut, and the thyme. Add the dried mushrooms along with the water and let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Then pour in the cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy a fine dinner with a glass of wine!
