QUICK BISCUITS TRUFFLES

Necessary products:

150 g of biscuits

150 g of oil

100 g of chocolate

100 gr. Serena dried black cherries

200 ml. cherry liqueur

2 vanillas

cocoa and powdered sugar for rolling

Method of preparation:

 The dried cherries are soaked in the liqueur for about 2 hours. The biscuits are ground in the robot. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave oven, letting them go for 20 seconds several times. Cherries are added to the biscuits, which are previously placed in a deep bowl. You can also add vanilla. The melted butter, which is together with the chocolate, is added to the biscuits and mixed well. The resulting mixture is put in the refrigerator for about an hour. When the mixture hardens, the truffles are formed. Put them in the fridge again for about 10 minutes, then cover them with cocoa or powdered sugar.
