Necessary products:
50 g of honey
150 g of sugar
80 g of flour
80-100 g of dark chocolate
200 g of prunes with walnuts Serena
30 gr. Serena dried black cherries
30 g of dried Serena golden cherries
100 g of walnuts
100 grams of almonds
a pinch of cinnamon
2 vanillas
50 ml of water
the peel of one orange or candied orange peels
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
Put the honey, sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil to make a thick syrup. Boil for about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, put the flour, chopped prunes with walnuts, black cherries, golden cherries, spices, walnuts and almonds in a deep bowl. Cut the chocolate finely. Mix all the ingredients to make a good flour.The tray is covered with baking paper, the oven is heated to 150 degrees. Add the hot syrup to the flour ingredients and mix. Pour into the pan and level with a spoon moistened with warm water. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Cool the finished cake and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to harden. When it is set, it is sprinkled with powdered sugar. I leave it at room temperature for a few minutes and cut it.
