Necessary products:

2 and 1/2 tsp. flour

200 g of sugar

3 eggs

1 baking powder

200 ml. thick buttermilk

the peel of an orange

Serena's choice of dried fruit mix - plums, black cherries, golden cherries, quinces, pears

30 ml. Oil


  Method of preparation:

       Dried fruits are soaked in boiling water for about 10 minutes, drained and cut into pieces. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until white. Gradually add the oil and ayran. The baking powder is put into the flour and added in stages, without stopping the mixing with the mixer. When everything is beaten, add the dried fruit and orange peel. A mold is greased and floured. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees until dry. Ready-made chocolate glaze can be used for decoration.
