Gluten-free bread

Necessary products:

3 eggs

1/2 again. baking powder

3 tbsp. buckwheat flour

pinch of salt

dried tomatoes Serena, olives, sunflower and pumpkin seeds (optional)

150 g ground almonds

sesame seeds for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

Mix all the dry ingredients. Add the eggs, dried tomatoes, olives and seeds. Pour into a small rectangular cake tin covered with baking paper. The mixture is sprinkled with sesame before baking.

Bread is baked at 180 C in a preheated oven. for 30 minutes. After baking, leave it in the oven with the door slightly open for 15-20 minutes.
