🧾Products:
100 g sesame
100 g fine oatmeal
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp tahini
50 g ground walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1–2 tbsp water if needed
🔪 Preparation:
Toast the sesame in a dry frying pan for 2–3 minutes over medium heat, stirring to prevent burning.
In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, ground walnuts, cinnamon and cooled sesame.
Add the honey and tahini and mix well.
If the mixture is too dry, add a little water.
Form small balls with your hands.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
