Cake "Blondy"

Cake


The products are the following:

125 g butter

200 g sugar

100 g of dried black cherries  SERENA 

1 egg

250 g of flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 pinch of salt

1 ampoule of vanilla

50 g white chocolate

For the glaze:

80 g of white chocolate

50 g butter

120 g of cream cheese

2-3 tbsp. powdered sugar

Vanilla

Preparation:

Beat the butter, vanilla and sugar until fluffy. Then add the egg and mix again with the mixer. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. They are gradually added to the oil mixture. Add the dried cherries and the pieces of chocolate. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees in a pan covered with baking paper. While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze from soft butter and melted chocolate, which are beaten with a mixer and left in the refrigerator for a short time. After it cools down, the cake is cut into squares.

Decorate with glaze and dried cherries  SERENA
