We use well-ripened wild-growing forest rose-hips. They are cleaned of stems and leaves and are fully dried, preserving their red color to dark red.

The rose-hips are well-known as a "vitamin factory".In their variety and quantity of vitamin content, rose-hips surpass all edible plants found in Bulgaria . Additionally, these fruits contain sugars, citric and malic acids, cellulose, pectin, and essential oils.They are rich in mineral salts. They are used as an important ingredient in various marmalades, syrups, teas, and most frequently in medicine due to their high Vitamin C content.
