We use well-ripened "Roma" variety tomatoes. The tomatoes are washed, cleaned of any stems or leaves, calibrated according to size, then closely examined for quality on our inspection belts, separating out any unripe, wounded or decayed tomatoes. After that the tomatoes are cut into halves and dried until they become with red to red-brown color. We do not use any chemical treatments, additives or preservatives during the drying process. Our company offers a fully NATURAL product without any type of adulterants.
Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place preferably in an airtught container/bag
