We use big, ripe and very sweet cherries  sort Rainier. Cleaned from pits and stems and dried until the appearance of a productbecome with golden-brown color. Our method of processing cherries preserves their Naturally sweet flavor .The company strictly follows the customer`s request about quality of the product.
