We use big, ripe and very sweet cherries- sort Rainier . Cleaned from pits and stems and dried until the appearance of a product become with golden-brown color. Our method of processing cherries preserves their Naturally sweet flavor .
Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place preferably in an airtught container/bag.
