Necessary products:
100 g of dried tomatoes
100 g of raisin olives
olive oil (depends on the jar)
1/2 tsp. salt
Method of preparation:
Tomatoes are soaked in cold and salted water for six hours. Then they are squeezed very well. Arrange a row of tomatoes, a row of olives in a jar and finally cover with olive oil (two fingers below the rim of the jar). The jars are turned over for two or three days to mix the flavors well.
