Necessary products:
200 g of raw Serena almonds
200 g of Deglet Nour pitted dates
180 g of Serena prunes
1 tsp liquid honey
Cocoa 22% fattening Serena for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
Almonds are ground in a blender. Prunes and dates are added to them. They are ground in bulk. Add the honey and mix. Place the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After it hardens, cut it into rectangles and sprinkle with cocoa.
