1 kg pumpkin
350 g of sugar
30 g of dried Serena apples
30 g of dried Serena black cherries
about 200 ml warm fresh milk
1,200 liters of milk
1 vanilla
6 eggs
Method of preparation:
The pumpkin is cut into small pieces and put to bake, sprinkled with 150 g of sugar. With 200 ml. soak the dried fruits in the warm milk. When the pumpkin is baked, arrange the dried fruits on top. Eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla are beaten very well and the pumpkin and dried fruits are poured with this liquid. The pastry is baked at 150 degrees until ready, about 30 minutes. This deliciousness is eaten cold!
