Necessary products:
3 eggs
300 g of sugar
2 tsp flour
1 baking powder
200 g of dried aronia Serena
5 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. yoghurt
100 ml of water
20 g of white chocolate,
2 vanillas
Method of preparation:
Beat the eggs with the sugar very well. Gradually add milk and oil. The flour is mixed with the baking powder, vanilla and added to the already mixed mixture. Finally, add the dried chokeberry. Pour the mixture into a cake mold or into a pan (mine is 22 cm silicone) and bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees, until a stick is dry. For the glaze, add 100 g of dried chokeberry, 100 g of sugar and 100 ml. water. When it boils, a red syrup is obtained, which is thickened with white chocolate. Using a brush, apply the cooled glaze to the cake.
