100 g of walnuts
100 g of Serena prunes
50 g of coconut shavings
Method of preparation:
Pre-soak the walnuts for a while and dry them. Add the finely chopped plums and coconut shavings. You pour everything into a chopper and add cinnamon. The dates depend on how sweet you want them and whether the mixture is homogenous enough, 3-4 dates are enough.
Once the mixture is ready, pour it and form the desired shape and size, transfer to a plate and cool. For the chocolate, melt the butter in a water bath, remove it and stir it, add the cocoa and stir until everything is evenly mixed. Add the honey and mix again. After everything is ready, pour the chocolate on the prepared molds and spread evenly everywhere. Let it set for 10-20 minutes and it's ready.

cinnamon
For the glaze: 1 tbsp. cocoa butter, 2-3 tbsp. cocoa powder and 1 tsp. honey
