Preparation:

Soak  dried tomatoes serena  for 10 minutes in warm water. After squeezing them out of the water, arrange them in jars and put some dried basil and garlic cloves between them. Drizzle the dried tomatoes to the top (they should be well covered) with olive oil.

Your dried tomatoes in olive oil are ready. Prepared in this way, they can last a long time.
