Prunes with parmesan and bacon




Pleasant snack, suitable for all seasons. It goes well with both white and red wine or rose, according to the season, mood and personal preferences. Lovers of ice cold beer will also appreciate the pleasant sweet and salty taste of these bites.

Necessary products:

50 prunes SERENA

50 g parmesan

600 g smoked bacon

Method of preparation:

Make an incision along one side of the plums. Fill the resulting hole with finely chopped Parmesan cheese. Wrap the plums one by one with smoked bacon. Arrange the bites in a tray on baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven until the bacon is nicely browned. It will take you about fifteen to twenty minutes at 220 degrees.
